Horwood Outpost is the perfect base for fishing and everything needed for fishing is available at the camp including: rods, tackle, bait, nets and minnow pails.

There is also a screened fish cleaning room with running water and a freezer for taking home your catch.

Boat and Motor rentals are available and fishing licences are available at the camp.

NOTE: There are 7 Fish Sanctuaries in operation on Horwood Lake from approx. May 12 through June 14th which results in some areas being closed to fishing during this time. The sanctuaries represent only 12 miles out of 128 miles of shoreline and excellent fishing is still available at this time.
